RTA, trumpeting its achievements - well its very usual for a very young government agency. But the RTA has an equal responsibility to listen to how it fares now.

• The Dubai buses which is under its governance - is known for its usual cancellations, delays of half an hour or an hour are norm, Friday cancellation of services are the order of the day. Why taking the common people of Dubai as also its tourists for a ride. How long do you want this?
• The taxis in Dubai also come under RTA regulations. Many tourists & residents complain about the scarcity & hopelessness when waiting for these. Often an hour and a half. And because of the huge gap is supply, people suffer. To add salt to the wound, private individual run taxis are banned from lending a helping hand & mitigating the situation. RTA - if you cant do it let others give an helping hand.

Hope the people who can act hear this & act. I love the city, the country & wish it continues to remain good to the residents & tourists, BEFORE its too late.
